Rooted in West Bend, Built for Gathering
Saloon Royale started with a simple conviction: a café and a bar don't have to be separate experiences. You shouldn't have to choose between a great pour-over and a properly shaken cocktail — you should be able to enjoy both in the same room.
We opened our doors on North Main Street with one goal: create a space where the craft matters as much as the company. Every drink is made to order. Every ingredient is chosen deliberately. And every guest is treated like they've got a seat at the royale.
